At John Brown 4×4, we offer classic car servicing for Land Rover®s purchased from us.
After buying a Classic Land Rover® from us, we’ll be more than happy to keep on top of it with an annual service.
With a classic car, there are a number of minor things that can often go wrong. We’re here to help prevent that.
So, what does a classic car service include? A basic service will include an oil and filter change, a visual inspection, car checks and a top up of the brake, washer and coolant fluids. We also offer a premium service, perfect for those who love offroading in their trusty Land Rover®.

How often should you service a classic car?
Just like modern vehicles, age, miles and wear and tear will all have an impact on the lifespan of your vintage Land Rover®. That’s why it’s always best to have your car serviced every 3,000 miles, compared to the average 12,000 miles on a newer vehicle.
Do classic cars need a lot of maintenance?
In comparison to a newer car, classic cars require a significant amount of upkeep, needing a service every 3,000 miles. However, vintage Land Rover® ‘s hold their value as an investment piece, and are great fun to own.
