We are delighted to offer for sale, this fantastic, professionally (receipt included) rebuilt 90, onto a new galvanised chassis. This recent process involved much work and includes
new brakes and brake pipes (disc brakes all round), rebuilt 200tdi engine, new seat box cleverly made (no more corrosion), chequer plate lining to tub, internal and external roll cages fitted, with swing away wheel carrier, chunky tyres and new rims, bulkhead removal bar fitted (better legroom etc) polybushed, wide wheel arches, snorkel, lamp guards, chequer plate wings…etc etc – it really has had the works!
The interior is also nicely done, with new seats, and the dash is unmolested and in nice condition.
As you would expect, it drives as good as it looks.
If you are looking for a galvanised chassis 90, then this is well worth a look – individual looks, and the soft top with roll over protection – all very cool. As an added benefit, the external roof rack allows objects to be carried on the roof unlike any other soft top conversion. This would allow the installation of a roof tent or allow boats to be carried on the roof!
